Este es uno de los mayores errores que yo cometí al principio de mi emprendimiento.
Como no implementé un sistema de gestión de tiempo coherente, me SATURÉ. Y se me ocurrió gritar a los cuatro vientos… que no cogía más clientes.
Yo creyéndome que estaba ya segura y estable con los que tenía, no me caí en la cuenta, que los clientes no son INDEFINIDOS.
Ajusté mis gastos profesionales y personales a esa cartera de clientes, sin aceptar ningún proyecto más.
¿RESULTADO?
Que cuando se marchó uno de esos clientes, mi economía tambaleaba… sin darme tiempo a reacción para encontrar a otro que cubriera el vacío.
Así que la SOLUCIÓN que me ayudó a seguir creciendo y a crear un colchón financiero y de liquidez, fue subcontratar y delegar a los siguientes clientes.
Delegar clientes no significa dar clientes a una compañera, si no, adjudicar la gestión de tu cliente, supervisando todo el trabajo antes de entregar y programar.
De esta manera, generas un equipo de trabajo, y te aseguras tener siempre clientes, que podrás recuperar en cualquier momento.
Eso sí, debes formalizar estos acuerdos de colaboración correctamente por escrito y con un documento donde incluya las condiciones, las funciones subcontratadas y las políticas de privacidad.
¿Y te preguntarás si tu cliente debe ser conocedor de esto?
Por supuesto que si, el cliente en todo momento, debe ser conocedor que tu negocio se compone de un equipo de trabajo, que te ayuda a gestionar toda tu cartera de clientes para abordar todas las áreas que necesita cada uno. Pero recuerda que tu eres la principal responsable y la que se comunica con él directamente.
Y seguramente, también te estarás haciendo la pregunta de… ¿Y qué porcentaje se lleva la compañera y que porcentaje te llevas tú? Yo siempre parto de la parte del tiempo que destina cada una a la función que desempeña.
Lógicamente, si tu compañera es la que se lleva la mayor parte del tiempo trabajando la cuenta de tu cliente, ella es la que se llevará el porcentaje más alto acorde al tiempo destinado.
Recuerda, que el servicio debe ser facturado por la compañera que te hace la gestión, para poder ser remunerado.
